Metro Oakland with Active Crosswind Runways

File Description:
A high spec AFCAD2 for the FS2004 Metro Oakland Int'l Airport (KOAK) scenery by the Mach-1 Design Group. This afcad has been built using FAA Charts, various aerial photographs and information from the Airport Website. All taxiways are named and all aprons are reworked to be as real as possible according to photos. All gates are named and have airlines assigned to them. As per real life, only Southwest Airlines will use Terminal 2, all other airlines being allocated to Terminal 1. The Fedex and UPS aprons are represented and can accomodate many cargo aircraft. The final parking area is random GA parking to the north of the airport. Overflow parking is also available for rush hour periods. This airport features a tower view and also night and approach lighting. Finally, by using the crosswind runway technique, runways 9L/27R, 9R/27L and 11/29 can all be used simultaniously for take-off and landing. Runway 15/33 is closed as it is not used in real life. An extra taxiway "Zulu" has been added (not real life) to avoid AI conflicts when using runway 29 for Takeoffs and landings. Enjoy!! Requires that you install m1dg_oak2007.zip from this site.

Mumbai (VABB) with Active Crosswind Runways (v3)

File Description:
A high quality AFCAD2 for Chhatrapati Shivaji Int'l Airport, Mumbai, India. This AFCAD file is for the default FS2004 airport and has been built from scratch. The airport has concrete taxiways, remodelled aprons and full night lighting, including approach lights on all runways. All gates and cargo ramps have airline assignments. Using the crosswing runway technique, both runways can be used at the same time for take-offs and landings. Runway 14 features a holding area/turning loop, making aircraft turn arounds easier on that runway. The domestic terminal features 35 aircraft stands, the international terminal has 24 stands (18 for 747 sized aircraft) and the cargo ramp has 9 stands (all capable of holding cargo 747s). If you have lots of traffic flowing through Mumbai, this file will bring your airport to life. New in this release, Taxiways updated slightly to avoid AI jams, and now aircraft landing on runway 14 will no longer halt eastbound takeoff operations by taxying along runway 09 to get to the terminal. Kona (PHKO)

File Description:
An AFCAD2 for the Kona Int'l At Keahole airport, Hawaii. Features assigned gates for all serving airlines. A ramp for Interisland traffic is in the center of the airport, whilst all other airlines are placed on either side. Runway lighting has been upgraded, and a fictional high speed runway exit has been provided for those aircraft landing on runway 17. Cargo ramps for serving carriers FedEx and UPS are provided on the south ramp, along with 2 hangar parking ramps for Hawaiian Airlines aircraft maintenance. Finally, GA parking can be found at the very south end of the airport, and can accomodate a variety of GA aircraft. This file is for the Kona scenery (konav3.zip) by Bill Melichar. Enjoy!!

File Description:
A high quality AFCAD2 file for the UK2000 Birmingham Airport (EGBB/BHX). Features Assigned gates for all airlines serving the airport, Bizjet parking and GA parking. Airlines will park at the correct terminals, and GA aircraft will only park in the GA area. This file has been built from scratch and is as accurate as can be made, using info from the airport website. Requires the UK2000 Birmingham Airport Scenery or the UK2000 Part 5 scenery by Gary Summons. This file is not suitable for the default airport. Enjoy.

Manchester v3 - (New Runway Designations)

File Description:
A high quality AFCAD2 file for the UK2000 Manchester Airport (EGCC). This is version 3 of the file and adds parking for new airlines that have started serving the airport in 2007. As of June 2007, the runways are no longer designated 06/24 (06L/24R, 06R/24L), but are now named 05/23 (05L/23R, 05R/23L), and this file updates the runways and navaids with those new designations. Please note however, that until a scenery update is released by UK2000, the runway surfaces and signs will still show 06/24. Requires payware 'UK2000' scenery by G. Summons available at www.uk2000scenery.com - this file is not compatible with the default FS2004 Manchester airport.
